Indonesian Center for Disaster Management Studies (ICDMS)
ICDMS is an initiative designated to be as a center for studying,monitoring,educating people,mitigating the natural disaster impacts,supporting the disaster preparedness program,as well as creating policies on disaster management in Indonesia.It was established due to the lack of disaster management studies as well as disaster reduction and preparedness program in Indonesia. A situation which is totally unacceptable for a country which is notoriously wellknown as a 'heaven' for natural disaster.
